A Very Small Protection Charm

This is one of the first spells that I ever did. I made it when I had very few supplies, the herbs I could find in the kitchen, and not much else. It worked quite well for me for many years if I remember correctly. I use something different now, but it's nice to look back on. It's been slightly rewritten. ⋆˖⁺ Components ⋆˖⁺

  1. A small piece of paper. How small it is will depend on the size of the container you wish to hide it in.
  2. Your container of choice to conceal it and carry it with you. Mine was a locket.
  3. Protective herbs or herb blend of your choice.
  4. Glue.
  5. A length of thread.

⋆˖⁺ Process ⋆˖⁺

  1. Draw protective sigils/symbols on your paper, as many as you feel you need or as many as you can fit onto it.
  2. Fold your paper in half to create a pocket, and glue the sides together to keep it in place.
  3. Place your protective herbs or herb blend into the pocket you've created. The size of the pocket is going to determine how much you can fit into it.
  4. Glue the top of the pocket shut and make sure that none of the herbs will spill out.
  5. Wait until the glue dries.
  6. Roll the pocket up and tie it using the thread. If you like to use knot magic, now is a good time to do so.
  7. Place the completed pocket into your container of choice. If you feel the need to recharge or replace it after a certain amount of time/use, do so.
